Anna, Occupational Therapist
I graduated as an OT in 2017. I enjoy helping children and families understand how sensory processing impacts daily life and finding ways to improve overall wellbeing. I have three children who keep me very busy, and to balance this I enjoy yoga, spending time outdoors and tending my allotment.

I am the administrator for the Anchor Team, I will be your first port of call in most cases. Helping children and families is very close to my heart. I have 2 little boys who take up a lot of my time outside of work which I adore. I enjoy playing netball and attending soft play and farms with my 2 boys.

I have worked with adoptive and special guardianship families since 2018. I enjoy working with families in a holistic way, thinking about how we are shaped by our experiences, our relationships and the world around us. Outside of work I am kept busy with family life, and I enjoy cycling, gardening and starting, but never managing to finish, craft projects!

Cath, Senior Practitioner
I have worked with adoptive and special guardianship families for the last nine years, and am passionate about offering those families the help, support and understanding they need to flourish. Emily, Clinical Psychologist
I feel passionately about developing meaningful relationships with families with a focus on helping children and the adults caring for them. I’m so often inspired by the people I get to meet in my job, and I love that I’m always learning something new. Outside of work, I enjoy watching live music, travelling, craft and teaching dance.

Alice, Clinical Psychologist
I am passionate about supporting families and young people to recover from their attachment trauma and experiences of loss so they can build relational security and experience the joy of connection. Empathy, playfulness, acceptance and curiosity are not only the fundamental values of the psychological approach I use, but they are also deeply felt values. I aim to be compassionate and try to meet everyone where they are at. In my spare time, I love to consume art in all its forms whether it be film, art or even comic books!

Jordan, Specialist Educational Psychologist
I believe everyone deserves a positive experience in education. I have worked within education for over 10 years, including time as a secondary school teacher. I love to learn and feel incredibly lucky to do the work I do. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my dog, playing sport, and enjoying the countryside!

Chiara, Clinical Psychologist
I love helping parents and carers connect with their children at a deeper level and enjoy each other more. I am often moved by the stories families share with us, and I am committed to support them through the challenges and emotions they bring. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, dancing, and horse riding.

Justine, Service Manager
I have worked with children and families since 1997. I feel strongly that every child deserves a safe, stable and happy childhood in a loving family and that as professionals we have an obligation to ensure children and their families have the support they need, when they need it, to enable them to thrive. Outside of work I love dog walking adventures, cycling, reading lots of fiction, and spending as much time as I can with my family.
