Adoptive and Special Guardianship Families
Have you already adopted a child and live in Berkshire or Swindon? Or do you have a Special Guardianship order and live in Wokingham or the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead? If so, the Anchor Team may be able to offer you support, subject to an assessment.
If you are an Adopter or a Special Guardian and would like to refer your child/ren to the Anchor Team, please contact the Permanence Support Front Door Team in the first instance. They will be able to refer you to Helpdesk to start the process.
