A child's future
starts with you

Kyle wakes up between 5.30 and 7am and likes to lay in bed for a short time chattering away to himself before getting up properly. He goes downstairs for breakfast around 8am. After breakfast he'll enjoy a bath if he hasn't had one the night before. His carers will then get him dressed ready for the day ahead.

Kyle attends nursery school twice a week. He is very gentle and absolutely loves being around children. On the days when he's not at nursery, Kyle will go out with his foster carer. Kyle loves to play outside, walking and running. His favourite places to visit are Tumble Tots, playparks, farm parks, soft play and going swimming. Kyle is definitely a water baby, he loves being in the water and splashing and moving around. He also loves travelling in the car, and he’s been on a train and on the bus which he really enjoyed.

Kyle has his lunch between 11.30am and 12.30pm. He'll happily eat a packed lunch with maybe a sandwich, fruit and some crisps in it.

In the afternoon, Kyle loves to play with his toys and to run around. He loves his toy cars and train tracks, any toys with music and lights, or puzzles and story books. His current favourite is his Tonie Box. Kyle loves singing nursery rhymes, especially Five Little Ducks. He really enjoys dancing and singing to Disney songs: Frozen, The Lion King and Toy Story. Kyle has a snack around 3pm. And with all that activity, no wonder he still needs a nap in the afternoon!

It’s 5pm and time for dinner. Kyle has a great appetite and enjoys curry, pasta, fruit and all vegetables.

In the evening, Kyle likes to have a bath. He'll then play with his toys, and sit and watch In the Night Garden while having cuddles on the sofa.

After a story Kyle will go to bed at around 7pm-7.30pm. Sleep well Kyle!
