Ana wakes early for breakfast when she enjoys Weetabix with grapes and blueberries and a drink of dairy free formula before getting started on the day.

Ana loves to go to nursery where she has lots of friends and enjoys a range of activities – her favourites include playing in the home corner, with dolls. She also enjoys the outside space and will confidently run, climb and play on all the equipment, chattering away all the time!

After nursery Ana usually tucks into her favourite snack of fruit before pottering around at home playing with her toys. Ana will happily eat her way through the fruit bowl with blueberries and nectarines being her current favourites. She offers some to her dolls or soft toys too.

Ana has a very creative imagination and pretend play is her favourite thing to do. She especially enjoys her baby dolls, drawing and playing with stamps. She loves getting her carers involved in her games as well. Ana is also a non-stop chatterbox so there is always a commentary on everything that is happening!

Ana really likes her food and if she had her choice would eat chicken nuggets and lots of fruit every day. After dinner she helps her foster carer tidy up.

Ana begins to wind down for bed with a bubbly bath, then has a bottle while watching “In the Night Garden”. Ana knows all the characters and will often act the stories out with her Night Garden toys. After that it’s time for a story and go to sleep song.

She will sometimes wake in the night looking for reassurance and is easily soothed with a back stroke and song, soon settling back to sleep

Weekends mean more time to play! Ana enjoys trips to the park, soft play or swimming which usually involves lots of giggles and fun. She enjoys going to the supermarket too – and then playing pretend shop.
